Who we are

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, the service you selected and the message you write. The form is delivered to us by email through Brevo, a transactional email provider, and is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. This website does not store your submission in a database.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, deliver the work. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and then the contract between us if you become a client.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted unless they relate to an active or past engagement, in which case they are kept for the period required by UK tax and company law.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy respecting, cookie free analytics from Vercel to count visits. Your theme preference is stored in your browser only. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by emailing esra@linguesa.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
