Company
Who we are
Linguesa Language Solutions Ltd is a UK based professional services company providing language services and HR and recruitment support to organisations and individuals.
The business supports clients where effective communication, language expertise and practical recruitment support are essential. Its services include English and Turkish translation and interpreting, language support, recruitment assistance, and practical help for individuals with CVs, applications and interview preparation.
Linguesa works across both language and recruitment related requirements, adapting its support to the nature and scope of each assignment. Language projects may include translation, interpreting and related services, while HR and recruitment support can include candidate sourcing, candidate communication, interview coordination and recruitment administration. The business also provides personalised language learning, including Turkish and Spanish tuition, alongside its professional language services.
As a founder led business, Linguesa combines specialist expertise with direct client communication. Each engagement begins with understanding the client's requirements, communicating clearly and delivering the agreed work with care and professionalism.

Today
Language services and recruitment support for organisations and individuals across the UK.
Linguesa was established in 2021 as a language services business, with translation and interpreting at the core of its work.
Through its work with UK based organisations, Linguesa kept meeting the same communication challenge inside recruitment. Some organisations were interested in Turkish speaking candidates who had the technical or professional skills for a role but found it hard to present their experience in English. Where hiring managers did not speak Turkish, interviews became a barrier. In other cases, Turkish speaking hiring managers were recruiting candidates from different linguistic backgrounds and struggled to communicate with them in English. In both situations, language got in the way of an otherwise viable hire.
Interpreting work gave Linguesa first hand insight into these moments, particularly where language or cultural differences shaped the interaction between candidates and hiring teams. That experience pointed to an opportunity to extend the business beyond language services and into recruitment support.
In 2024, Linguesa formally expanded its offer to include HR and recruitment support. Since then the business has taken on recruitment assignments for organisations with specific hiring needs, covering candidate sourcing, candidate communication, interview coordination and recruitment administration.
Recruitment has become a distinct but complementary strand of the business alongside its established language services. Linguesa also supports individuals with CVs, applications and interview preparation, so it now works with both organisations and individuals across a range of recruitment related needs.
How we work
01
Each assignment begins with understanding what the client needs and defining the right scope of support.
02
There is no one size fits all approach. The level and type of involvement varies with the project, whether it is a language assignment, a recruitment requirement or individual career support.
03
Clients communicate directly with the company's director throughout the engagement, which gives continuity from the first conversation through to delivery.
04
The focus is on clear communication, practical support and careful delivery of the agreed work.
